How to Use:

  2. Add the Product: Pour approximately 3 capfuls of the Aching Muscle Super Soak under running water.
  3. Mix Well: Swirl the water to disperse the soak evenly.
  4. Relax & Enjoy: Soak in the bath for 10-15 minutes to allow the therapeutic ingredients to work.
  5. Rinse & Hydrate: After bathing, rinse off and follow with a moisturizer or body oil for extra hydration.

Tip: Use after intense physical activity or whenever muscles feel fatigued for best results. Not suitable for use during pregnancy due to essential oil content.
