I have changed my mind, can I return my order?

We hope that you will be happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then you can return the product within 28 days from the date of receipt of your order. We will happily refund your purchase less the cost of delivery if the product is unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition.
Due to reasons of safety and hygiene, we are unable to refund any fragrances, cosmetics and grooming products that have been removed from their original wrapping or if they show any signs of having been used.

How do I return my order?

Please note: Returned goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sent including original packing and labeling. We will not accept or refund goods that have been opened or used.

You will be liable for the cost of returning the product to us, unless the product is faulty, incorrect or wrongly described.

Your refund will be credited to the original card used at checkout.
My item is damaged/ faulty/ the wrong item, what should I do?

We are very sorry to hear you have received a damaged/ faulty or wrong product. You can email our customer care team on [email protected]. Please allow up to 8 working hours for a response and up to 2 days during busy periods (Monday- Friday only)

Please ensure you include the following details when contacting us:
1. Order number
2. The name of the item that is damaged
3. Explain how the item is damaged and if possible, send us a photo

Details of returns will be reviewed individually, applying the best resolution for each case. However, in most cases a full refund including cost of postage will be issued if goods are returned within 28 days of the purchase date. Your refund will be credited to the original card used at checkout.

Am I responsible for the cost of postage?

We are more than happy to refund postage costs to return an item if the product is wrongly described, faulty or damaged if reported to us within 28 days of the purchase date. In cases like this please keep the receipt of proof of postage.

If you are returning a product because you no longer require this item or have changed your mind, you are responsible for the shipping cost for the return of any unwanted item(s).

Furthermore, we will not refund postage costs to return a product if the item was reported damaged or faulty where no fault was found during the inspection.

Do I need proof of postage?

Yes, please obtain a receipt of posting & proof of postage as this will be required in cases of refunds due to you for shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of return delivery without the relevant proof.

Other Terms and Conditions

Please ensure you pack the item you are returning with care and place the necessary returns paperwork inside the parcel. Please note you are responsible for the safe return of the product(s) until it reaches our warehouse.
