Excellent service from Beautybuys
I regularly buy this balm for my husband, as he has sensitive skin, and this is one of very few balms that doesn’t irritate him. Beautybuys was the cheapest price I could find online, and I had a 10%off code from a previous order that made it even cheaper, plus there was free delivery. I had actually lost the discount code from a previous order, but I emailed them and they sent one on again - excellent customer service! I placed the order late at night, and it was dispatched the following morning and I had it the next day. The item arrived beautifully packaged with the invoice and another discount code packed together in a plastic slip, not just thrown in. I don’t ever leave reviews, but having ordered from numerous Irish businesses, Beautybuys has been by far and away my best experience. Best price, free delivery, beautifully packaged with essentially next day delivery, excellent customer service and a discount code to say thank you - what’s not to like?! Highly recommend them. I had the same experience (best price, beautifully packaged, discount code and free next day delivery) the first time I ordered and I emailed the company to say thank you, but given that experience appears to be consistent, for the first time ever I’m leaving a public review. Highly recommend them!
