How to Use:

1. Prepare for Measurement: Sit down in a comfortable position with your back supported and your feet flat on the floor. Ensure that your arm is bare (free of clothing) and rests on a table at heart level. Avoid eating, drinking, smoking, or exercising at least 30 minutes before measurement.
2. Position the Cuff: Slide your arm through the Omron Intelli Wrap cuff, ensuring the air tube runs along the inner part of your arm. The cuff should be placed 2-3 cm above the elbow. The cuff should be snug but not too tight. You should be able to fit two fingers under the cuff.
3. Start the Measurement: Press the Start/Stop button on the monitor. The device will automatically inflate the cuff and begin the measurement process. Remain still and do not talk during the measurement to avoid affecting the accuracy of the reading.
4. View Your Results: Once the measurement is complete, the monitor will deflate the cuff and display your blood pressure (systolic and diastolic) and pulse rate on the screen. If an irregular heartbeat or high blood pressure is detected, an indicator will flash on the screen.
5. Review Previous Readings: To access stored measurements, press the Memory button to review previous readings for either user (User 1 or User 2).
6. Turn Off the Device: The device will turn off automatically after a short period of inactivity, or you can press the Start/Stop button to switch it off manually.
7. Regular Monitoring: Take measurements at the same time each day for consistency and to track trends in your blood pressure. Store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use, and replace batteries as needed to ensure accurate results.
