BeautyBuys offers a no fuss returns policy.

We hope that you will be happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then you can return the product to us within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. We will happily refund your purchase less the cost of sending you the item once the product is unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition. You will be liable for the cost of returning the product to us unless the product is faulty, incorrect or wrongly described in which case we will refund the cost of shipping.
